Police say Kenneth Yee, 73, went wild last year on an RTA bus. The psych clinic just found Yee competent to face charges. RTA police say Yee was riding a city bus when he wouldn't move from special seating to make way for somebody in a wheelchair. Police say he kicked two passengers and a driver in the chest, shoulder and more. The unprovoked attack happened last May. Cuyahoga County prosecutors are pushing charges including felony assault.
