Judgement day for city hall worker who caused April Fool's fiasco

New details on the Cleveland City Hall worker who caused chaos by joking about a workplace shooting on April Fool's Day.

A judge approved Rhodia Wallace for the Selected Intervention Program.

If Wallace completes the three month program, her record will be wiped clean.

This, after Wallace called her boyfriend and said there was a shooting at City Hall on April 1st, and that she was hiding under her desk.

Concerned, the boyfriend called 911, and police surrounded the downtown building in a matter of minutes. But there was no shooting, and Wallace was arrested.

Wallace is expected back in court in September.
