Fugitive wanted in killing over car window

AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

The Akron Police Department is asking for assistance from the public for information that could lead to the arrest of Anthony Joseph Board, Jr. Board is wanted for Murder.

Board is wanted in the shooting death of David D. Clark, 22, of Cole Avenue in Akron. On June 07, 2011, around 10:30 in the evening, Clark was shot in the back and later died at a local hospital.

Cops say Clark was killed following an argument over a broken car window. Another man, Charles D. Wallace, 18, of Berry Avenue in Akron, was shot in the right leg.

Anthony Joseph Board Jr. is a black male, 27 years old, 5'09", and 165 lbs. His last known address is on Wilbur Avenue. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
