Fugitive of the week hails from Garfield Heights

GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) -

 

Tucker is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, and the Garfield Heights Police Department on charges of attempted aggravated murder and robbery. On 5/23/11 an arrest warrant was issued for Tucker naming him as the primary suspect/gunman in the previously mentioned charges. It is alleged that Tucker approached his victim on a bicycle as he was sitting at the bus top located at E.131st Street and Maplerow Avenue. Tucker pulled out a .380 semi-automatic handgun and robber the victim of his cash. Tucker then struck the victim in the face. As the victim ran away from the bus stop, Tucker fired multiple shots and struck the victim in the leg. Tucker is considered armed and dangerous and should be approached with caution. Tucker does not have a particularly long criminal history; however there is evidence of violence in his background.

Tucker is a 21 year old black male standing approximately 5'11", and weighing 182 pounds. He has black hair and has brown eyes. Tucker is known to use the alias "J ROCK". Tucker has numerous family members and associates throughout the Cleveland area. Tucker has previously resided at 13813 Beachwood Avenue in Cleveland. Tucker is known to be in the area surrounding E.131st Street and Miles Avenue. The Task Force has received information that Tucker may be homeless and wandering the streets.
