A Delta Airlines Pinnacle flight # 3750 headed from Detroit, MI to Newburgh, NY made an emergency landing at Hopkins International Airport at 3:47 p.m. Friday.
Cleveland Fire crews were called out as a precaution.
The airliner was a CRJ 200 commuter jet. A spokesperson for Delta says a low oil pressure message came on so the plane was diverted to Cleveland and landed safely.
There were 41 passengers and a crew of three on board. Nobody was injured. The passengers continued on to Newburgh, NY on a different plane.
Delta says the plane will be inspected to determine next steps.
