Judgement day for the thug involved in the fatal shooting of a Chinese food delivery man.

A Judge sentenced Deandre Moore to 18 years to life in prison.

On August 11th, 2010, the now 18-year-old Deandre Moore and his cousin, Ronnell Polk, ordered Chinese food to the vicinity of Lakeview and Scottwood in Cleveland.

The delivery persons, 39-year-old Hong V. Zhang and his wife, drove to deliver the food. As they neared the drop-off location, they were shot at by the suspects. Zhang was shot in the left side and his wife was shot in the right arm.

EMS responded and rushed the victims to Huron Hospital. Zhang died on August 18th, 2010. The wife since recovered.

On June 7th, 2011, Moore's cousin, Ronnell Polk, pleaded guilty to murder. He was subsequently sentenced to 18 years to life in prison.
