Police: Distraught man was high on bath salts during domestic dispute

GREEN, OH (WOIO) - A Summit County man high on bath salts slapped with charges after a domestic dispute on Monday.

Cops were called to Graybill Road in Green. Upon arrival, the deputy found the suspect - identified as Lee Zartman - to be distraught and punching his vehicle.

Zartman was found to be in possession of bath salts. He later admitted to using the bath salts over the past two days. Zartman was evaluated by Green fire.

30-year-old Zartman was arrested for Child Endangering and Abuse of Harmful Intoxicants and was booked into the Summit County Jail.
