Couple accused of kidnapping, infecting victim with HIV plead not guilty July 1, 2011 at 2:02 AM EST - Updated June 24 at 2:04 PM A couple accused of kidnapping a teen and infecting her with HIV pled not guilty in court Friday. Richard and Tranace Morris were arrested June 11th for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Both are charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, rape, obstructing justice, kidnapping, felonious assault- other dangerous weapon. The victim, a 16 year old girl, claims the husband and wife infected her with HIV. The Morris' have been locked up since their arrest earlier this month and are being held on 100K and 250K bonds.
