Vigil held for Cleveland man killed in cell phone fight

A 49-year-old man is dead over a fight about a cell phone and family members are hoping his killer was caught.

The fatal shooting happened around 8:30PM Monday night on East 102nd Street.

Police say Joseph Carter and the suspect were fighting over the phone, and then Carter was shot in the chest.

He was rushed to Metro, where he later died.

The suspect fled the scene in a white SUV with a dent near the rear bumper.
