Two Weeks: Sentencing for former judge Bridget McCafferty pushed back July 18, 2011 at 12:39 AM EST - Updated June 24 at 6:06 PM A former Cuyahoga County judge will have to wait to learn her fate. Sentencing has been delayed for Bridget McCafferty. She was convicted of 10 corruption-related charges back in March, for allowing county Auditor Frank Russo to influence cases. McCafferty was supposed to be sentenced Monday, July 18th but now, that's been delayed until August 2nd. She had asked for a new trial but on Friday, the judge denied the request.
