The NFL's 130-day lockout is finally coming to an end. ESPN.com, reporting Sunday that the NFLPA's executive committee will meet on Monday and recommend the approval of the new collective bargaining agreement. The official vote will come later this week, once the players recertify as a union.
On Wednesday, some players will start reporting to team facilities, and come Saturday, training camps, and free agency, begin.
