Cleveland - Indians pitcher Alex White threw a simulated game on Monday, meaning he could be back in a Tribe uniform in just a few weeks.

Indians manager Manny Acta did say White will pitch out of the bullpen when he comes back.

White has been on the disabled list since May 21 with a finger injury.

He will throw one more simulated game before heading out on a rehab assignment.

White should be back around mid-August if all goes well.
