A Cleveland woman accused of using fireworks as a weapon went before a judge on Friday.
Charlotte Fumich is charged with aggravated arson, felonious assault and criminal damaging.
On June 28th, Fumich approached the back fence that separates her yard from her neighbors and threw the explosives onto her neighbor's slip 'n slide.
The victim's mother was mopping in the kitchen when she heard a loud explosion. The woman's 9-year-old daughter ran towards the house from the backyard. The slip 'n slide her daughter had been playing on had a large hole from a burn mark.
The little girl, luckily, was not seriously injured.
Fumich's bond was set at $20K.
