Go Browns: Ride RTA to Browns games and get free food and drinks

Are you ready for some football? The Browns return on August 13, with a pre-season game against the Green Bay Packers.

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) offers extra rail service to all Browns home games. RTA recommends buying All-Day Passes for $5 which includes free transfers and unlimited rides until 3 a.m. the following day.

To reach the Waterfront Line, ride the HealthLine down Euclid Avenue to Tower City and take the Waterfront Line. Or, park free at any Rapid station on the Red, Blue and Green lines to Tower City. At Tower City, take the Waterfront Line and exit at the West Third Street Station, directly across the street from Browns Stadium.

Starting on September 11, the first regular season game, RTA will host a tailgate at the Municipal (Muni) Parking Lot. At all regular-season Browns home games, RTA riders will be treated to entertainment, hot dogs and soft drinks at the South Harbor Station of the Waterfront Line. The fun starts at 10 a.m. each Sunday - three hours before the 1 p.m. kickoff.

"If you want to be fired up about the Browns, join us on Sundays," says RTA's "chief dawg" - CEO and General Manager Joe Calabrese. "It's easy and fun. Ride RTA, tailgate with us and be in your seat for the 1 p.m. kickoff."

Here is the Browns home schedule:
