Man riding bicycle shot early Saturday morning

Cleveland Police are investigating a shooting that happened around 2:30 a.m. Saturday near Addison and Schaefer.

The victim, a 31-year-old male, told police he was riding his bicycle on Schaefer Avenue when he was approached by an unknown male that asked to ride his bike.

He then pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the forearm, then fled the scene.

The victim was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center where he was treated for his injuries.

Police are still searching for the suspect.
