AKRON, OH (WOIO) - Three churches were broken into this week in the city of Akron.
The Arlington Memorial Baptist Church at 2330 E. Market Street was broken into sometime Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. A computer and some tools were stolen.
Sometime Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning, the Firestone Park Presbyterian Church at 275 S. Firestone Boulevard was burglarized. The suspect pushed the AC unit from the front window to get inside. The punk swiped a laptop and a shredder.
And sometime between Monday and Wednesday, the Akron Christian Reform Church at 50 Marshall Avenue was also burglarized. A door window was smashed to gain entry. Church officials are still checking to see what is missing.
