Fugitive sought in brutal beating of man, woman outside Cleveland bar

(WOIO) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Roychemere Bolling.

Bolling is wanted by the U.S. Marshals, and the Cleveland Police Department on charges of felonious assault.  Bolling is also wanted by the Eastlake Police Department on probation violation charges for a separate assault case.

On July 11th, Bolling was involved in an altercation which took place at the "Bottoms Up" bar located at the corner of Superior Avenue and Addison Road.  Bolling, along with another male suspect, severely beat a male victim to the point of unconsciousness.  A female witness attempted to help the male victim during the assault, and was also beaten by Bolling and his associate.  Injuries sustained by the male victim include lacerations, multiple stitches to the facial area and severe swelling and bruising.  The female sustained a broken jaw that was so damaging that the surgical procedure she endured required her to have her face reconstructed with 6 screws and a metal plate.  Bolling has a history of violence and is known to carry firearms.  Bolling should be approached with caution.

Bolling is a 27-year-old black male standing approximately 6'00", and weighing 157 pounds.  He has black hair and has brown eyes.  Bolling is a known member of the "Star Boys" street gang.  Bolling is known to use the alias "Bud."  Bolling has numerous family members and associates throughout the Cleveland area.  Bolling has previously resided at 1099 E.64th Street in Cleveland.  Bolling is known to frequent the area surrounding E.115th Street and Superior Avenue, as well as the area around E.128th Street and St. Clair Avenue.
