Cops believe missing woman vanished on her own

EUCLID, OH (WOIO) -

Cops believe a 32-year-old woman who disappeared from a park late last month left on her own free will.

The Euclid Police Department's investigation has revealed nothing that would lead them to believe that Christine Marie Chambers was harmed or criminally abducted from Memorial Park on the evening of July 24th, 2011.

The exact cause of her disappearance is still unknown but police say Christine is criminally wanted by multiple law enforcement agencies. Police say this would provide a strong motivation for her to vanish.

However, police are still investigating the possibility that Christine's disappearance was not the result of her own voluntary actions.

Christine's 9-year old son, who was in the park with her, remains in the care of Cuyahoga County Children and Family Service.

If you have any information call Euclid Police at 216-289-8505.
