The Cleveland Cavaliers will play an eight-game preseason schedule in preparation for the 2011-12 NBA regular season.
Cavalier fans throughout the region will be able to see the team in person as the Cavaliers will play three games at Quicken Loans Arena during the preseason, in addition to hosting neutral site games in Cincinnati, Canton and Columbus.
Cleveland will open the preseason at Quicken Loans Arena, versus the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 7:00 p.m.
The Cavaliers then travel to Florida for a game with the Orlando Magic on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 7:00 p.m.
Back at The Q, the Cavs will matchup with the New Orleans Hornets on Saturday, Oct. 15 at 7:30 p.m. before heading to San Antonio to face the Spurs on Monday, Oct. 17 at 8:30 p.m.
The Cavs then start their regional home game tour in Cincinnati versus the Washington Wizards at US Bank Arena on Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 7:00 p.m.
From Cincinnati, the team goes to Canton, home of the Cavaliers' new NBA Development League team, on Friday, Oct. 21 for a 7:30 p.m. game versus the Houston Rockets at the Canton Memorial Civic Center.
Cleveland rounds out its Ohio tour against the Philadelphia 76ers in Columbus on Monday, Oct. 24 at 7:00 p.m. at The Ohio State University's Value City Arena at the Jerome Schottenstein Center.
The Cavs preseason finale brings them back to Quicken Loans Arena on Thursday, Oct. 27 for a meeting with the Indiana Pacers at 7:00 p.m.
