Cleveland Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a 56-year-old woman.
Cops were called to 14433 Triskett Road August 19th at approximately 7:16 p.m.
Once there officers found the victim with a laceration to her neck. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
The Cleveland Division of Police Homicide Unit and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office were notified and responded to the scene.
Apparently the victim did not show up for work and a friend went to victim's residence to check on her. That's when she was found.
The victim has been identified as Lynne Beardsley of Cleveland but her car is still missing.
