Crooked instructor leads to the suspension of hundreds of Ohio gun licenses

If you received a gun license in the Akron-area it may be in jeopardy.

So far more than 200 people whose license was issued by Alvin Bagley has been suspended.

That's because the 57 year old Bath Township man has been arrested and hit with felony charges.

The Ohio gun instructor is accused of not following state standards.

Bagley, a NRA Certified Instructor, is charged with tampering with records. Officials say he certified people to carry weapons without conducting the required instructional standards.

Bagley is currently being held in the county jail.
