Cleveland Police are investigating after a 15-year-old girl gets shot in the foot early Saturday morning.
Police received a call just after 5 a.m. for shots heard on Sobieski Avenue. They later learned that the teen had been shot.
EMS transported the victim to MetroHealth Hospital where she was treated for her injury. Doctors said the bullet went straight through her foot.
The victim's mom and live-in boyfriend both told police they were in bed when they heard the shots and didn't see anything.
Cops found 24 spent shell casings outside in the street and on the sidewalk.
There is no suspect information.
