TWINSBURG, OH (WOIO) - Summit County Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh announced that late Thursday, Judge Tom Parker found 25-year-old Nicholas Castagnola guilty on 10 counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor.
The Twinsburg man was arrested in July by Twinsburg police for retaliating against the Twinsburg Law Director for prosecuting Castagnola for selling alcohol to a minor.
The police received information that Castagnola used his home computer to search for the law director's home address. A search warrant was obtained, and the computer was searched by a forensic computer analyst at the Bureau of Criminal Investigations and Identification (BCI). BCI found hundreds of images and videos of child pornography.
Castagnola will be sentenced on October 18.
