Woman killed in fiery accident on I-71 September 19, 2011 at 1:42 AM EDT - Updated June 25 at 12:02 PM A 43-year-old woman killed in a fiery crash on I-71. It happened Sunday around 7:15PM on I-71 North just south of West 130th. Police say Ana Pagan was driving a Chevy Prizm when she started having mechanical problems. Pagan was attempting to pull over to the shoulder, when she was rear ended by a Honda Accord. The impact caused Pagan's car to spin and burst into flames. Pagan died at Metro. Her passenger, 37-year-old Julio Ferimen-Rodriguez, is being treated at Fairview Hospital. The driver of the Honda, 37-year-old Amy Lynn, is being treated at Metro.
