Tribe Splits Double Dip

The Indians were denied a sweep of their day-night double header with the White Sox on Tuesday night. Chicago rallied with five straight runs to earn a 5-4 win.

Alexei Ramirez completed the comeback with an RBI single off Zach Putnam in the 7th to put them up by a run.

Earlier in the day Cleveland won a 4-3 decision thanks to three home runs. Travis Hafner, Asdrubal Cabrera and Kosuke Fukudome all hit long balls. Cabrera's tied a franchise record for most homers in a season by a shortstop, 24. He then left the game with a minor back injury.
