LORAIN, OH (WOIO) - A Lorain man recently released from prison tossed back behind bars for assaulting his elderly mother.
Police say 52-year-old Antonio Gauna broke into his mother's home on September 28th, snuck up behind her as she watched television and began to choke her. He taunted the woman by telling her that he should just kill her now.
Gauna then released his grip, and asked his mother for something to eat.
The 78-year-old screamed for her daughter, who promptly called the cops.
Gauna took off, but came back to the home a short time later and was arrested.
He's charged with aggravated robbery and domestic violence.
