Woman who attacked elderly Wal-Mart greeter sent to the slammer

ELYRIA, OH (WOIO) - The woman who attacked an elderly Wal-Mart greeter will spend 15 days in jail.

Toni Duncan started serving her sentence on Friday.

Duncan pleaded guilty to pushing a shopping cart into the 71-year-old greeter, grabbing his throat and choking him last March.

Duncan must pay a $350 fine, not shop at Wal-Mart for five years and complete anger management classes by the end of this year.

Duncan's daughter, Ashley Jackson, was also convicted of threatening a clerk and to blow up the store. She must complete three days of community service.

Jackson also can't shop at Wal-Mart for five years and must complete anger management classes.
