31-year-old fatally shot in Cleveland; suspect sought

Cleveland Police were called to 102nd and Kempton for another shooting.
The latest happened in the Glenville-area just before 7PM Sunday evening.
Fifth District cops were called to the area for shots fired. Once on scene, the officers located 31-year-old Carl Boiner in the driver's seat of a silver auto that crashed into a fence.
EMS pronounced Boiner dead on the scene.
The suspect is described as a 6 foot tall man with a thin build who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt pulled up over his head and brown cargo pants.
This investigation is being handled by the Cleveland Division of Police Homicide Unit.
