WESTLAKE, OH (WOIO) - A joint surveillance of a W. 54th Street house in Cleveland by Cleveland, Westlake and Rocky River Police Departments along with the FBI has landed two men in jail.
Police arrested Daniel Garvey, 22 of Lakewood on December 22nd just before 6pm.
Shortly after, Joshua Sobe, 22 of Lakewood was also arrested at his home.
Police say Sobe drove Garvey to rob the Chase Bank brand in Rocky River on December 14th, and then Garvey acting alone robbed the 5/3 Bank in Westlake on December 19th.
The two were classmates at Lakewood High School
They are currently in Westlake City Jail and facing state charges.
