CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH (WOIO) - Cuyahoga Falls Police responded to the 1700 block of 25th Street for a possible meth lab Thursday afternoon.
An officer with the Ohio Adult Parole Authority had discovered items used for the manufacturing of Methamphetamine during a parolee visit.
Narcotics officers arrived on scene and discovered that the residence had been used to produce methamphetamine. Officers certified to perform the task removed the evidence and associated hazardous waste from the residence.
Police arrested 38-year-old Michael Smith of the residence for Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, Illegal Assembly of Chemicals, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Criminal Tools.
