Willoughby Police search for pick pocket thieves

WILLOUGHBY, OH (WOIO) - On December 12, 2011, the Willoughby Police Department was contacted by management of the
Cracker Barrel Restaurant located at 6055 Som Center Road for a report of a theft from one of
their patrons.

Officers spoke to a 65 year old Mentor resident who believed her wallet was taken from her purse as she entered the restaurant through the front doors. The wallet contained cash and credit cards. One of the credit cards was used within minutes at the CVS Pharmacy, located right down the street.

Surveillance video from Cracker Barrel shows two males working in together to create
interference as the victim enters the store. The well dressed male holding a cellular phone blocks
the entrance while the male with the baseball cap is believed to lift the purse.

Surveillance video from CVS Pharmacy shows a female along with the male wearing the
baseball cap using the stolen credit card.

We are seeking assistance with the identification of these three suspects. Still photographs are
attached and a segment of the pick-pocket video can be viewed by clicking HERE.
