After the NFL regular season ended on Sunday, the NFL determined the draft order for those teams who didn't qualify for the postseason.

The Browns will have the fourth overall pick in April's NFL Draft after finishing the season 4-12.  The Browns and Tampa Bay finished with identical records, but because the Browns strength of schedule was weaker they select ahead of the Buccaneers.

The Browns also hold the Atlanta Falcons first round pick, but cannot pick higher then 25th.  The pick won't be finalized until the Falcons are eliminated from the playoffs.

Here is the order of the first round.
