BROOKLYN, OH (WOIO) - One of the four top prize winners of the Ohio Lottery's New Year's Raffle has claimed his prize.
A Cleveland man stopped by the lottery's regional office Monday all smiles.
George C. Tapocsci beat the 1 in 125,000 odds, winning $1 million in the Ohio Lottery's New Year's Raffle.
After taxes he will receive a check for $690,000.
Tapocsci bought his winning ticket from Marc's on Snow Road in Parma.
Four $1 million top prizes were available in the 2012 New Year's Raffle.
The other three top prize winning tickets were sold at Dunham Beverage in Maple Heights, Ridge Road Marathon in Medina and The Party Pak in Upper Sandusky.
