Councilman wants Cleveland Firefighters to follow a residency requirement

19 Action News is tracking more fallout in a scandal at the Cleveland Fire Department.

Councilman Kevin Conwell says he will move forward next week -- trying to require all city employees to live within 25 miles of city hall.

19 Action News revealed some firefighters were getting full pay and benefits while working a few days a year. One even lives in San Diego.

However, in the past, courts have struck down laws requiring city employees to live within city limits.
