ALERT: Police warn about suspicious people prowling around neighborhood

BATH, OH (WOIO) - An alert for people living in Bath.

Late last week, police stopped a suspicious vehicle in the Farmstead Road neighborhood after receiving calls for two days about suspicious people ringing doorbells and prowling around homes.

Police tell 19 Action News five people - all from Springfield in Southwest Ohio - claim they were doing tree trimming work. No one in the area, however, contracted any work to be done.

The five people were sent on their way.
