Men arrested in FBI drug bust plead not guilty

The three men arrested in the FBI drug bust on the city's east side Friday were arraigned Monday morning.

Chase Downey, Francisco Rodriguez, John Campbell are all from Kentucky and are all charged with felonious assault. They pleaded not guilty.

A fourth person - a juvenile - is also behind bars.

During the sting in the 18000 block of Lakeshore, Downey was shot by Detective Michael Alexander. Detective Alexander is now on administrative leave during the investigation.

Police confiscated an undisclosed amount of cash and two kilos of cocaine.

Downey's and Campbell's bond was set at $1M, and the judge slapped Rodriguez with a $2M bond.
