Online chatting may have uncovered a monster.
New charges have been against a man for using the AIDS virus as a weapon against teens.
Richard Morris was indicted last year. Cuyahoga County Prosecutors say he met a 15-year old girl over the Internet. He and his wife were charged in that case with keeping the girl against her will and sexually abusing her. Morris is accused of infecting the teen with AIDS too.
Meantime, Morris has just been indicted again -- charged with infecting another teen girl.
Officials say he would pick that girl up from school and sometimes even sign her out of school.
But that's not the end of Morris' crimes. 19 Action News has also learned that Cleveland Police are investigating three more cases against the creep.
