AKRON, OH (WOIO) - The prime suspect in the Craigslist murder plot was arraigned Wednesday morning.
Richard Beasley pleaded not guilty to all 28 charges - including killing two men.
It took over an hour to read the entire indictment.
Beasley, who faces the death penalty if convicted, kept his head down and would not show his face.
Stow teen Brogan Rafferty is already facing murder charges and will be tried as an adult for his role.
Rafferty and Beasley are accused of luring men to a farm in Noble County through a Craigslist ad that promised work.
Two men were killed and buried in shallow graves. A third man was shot, but managed to escape. The body of a fourth victim, 47-year-old Timothy Kern, was found in a shallow grave in Akron behind Rolling Acres Mall.
Beasley was Rafferty's life mentor.
Ohio Attorney General says he doesn't know if there are more bodies out there and this is a serial killer case.
