Gambling raids hit Northeast Ohio

PARMA, OH (WOIO) - The Ohio Investigative Unit (OIU) raided two bars, two homes and one business in Northeast Ohio Wednesday.

Police, Secret Service and the OIU executed search warrants at Goodtime Charlie's located at 6249 Pearl Road and Mister B's at 6887 W. 130th Street. Police found several illegal electronic gaming machines at each bar.

According to the OIU, no charges were filed Wednesday and the bars will remain open

As a result of the investigation, two homes in Brunswick and Parma along with the Cleveland area business 'Union Vending' were also raided.

Ohio Investigation Unit agents say the investigating began with a citizen's complaint.
