St. Petersburg Police arrested local rapper Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), whose real name is Richard Baker early Sunday morning.

According to Sheriff's records online, the Bad Boy rapper was arrested for disorderly conduct (brawling) around 4:12 a.m.

The 21-year-old rapper formerly from Shaker Heights, Ohio signed a record deal with P. Diddy's Bad Boy and Interscope Records back in August 2011. He had just played a concert at the State Theatre in St. Petersburg hours before his arrest.
MGK posted his $100 dollar bail and bounced. His next gig will be Feb. 8th in Los Angeles.

MGK blasted the incident on his twitter account @machinegunkelly saying "just spent my entire night in a f#$%*!@ Florida jail...sh$! escalated way to quick last night, it always does with us though." He also tweeted "Thanking God that only half of us went to jail, that @216XPLOSIVE is outta the hospital, and that we get to go back to Cleveland today."

Kelly was last arrested over the summer for flash mobbing in the food court of Westfield's Strongsville Mall located in Strongsville, Ohio.
