Double trouble for suspect involved in police shootout

STRONGSVILLE, OH (WOIO) - One of the suspects in a drug deal gone terribly wrong is back behind bars.

Undercover police fired on suspected drug dealers at the Strongsville Walmart back in December.  One of them ended up in the hospital.  The other suspect, 24 year old Lorenzo Dobyne, hasn't had his day in court to defend himself on those charges and yet he is in trouble again.

This time cops say he came back to the scene of the crime and was busted for shoplifting.   Police say he came back for a drug test package, except the police report says he didn't buy it but tried to hide it in his pocket.

Dobyne was arrested when he walked out of the store on January 22nd.

At this time he is out on bail.
