College football players plead not guilty in party beat down

Nine Notre Dame College football players accused in a vicious attack were in court on Wednesday.

Hayden Davis, 19, Philip Henderson, 19, Carlos Hawthorne, 19, John Hamilton, 21, William Tweedy, 19, Bo Grunder, 19, Carter Haynes, 20, Korey Whitlow, 18, and Joshua Remark, 19, pleaded not guilty to charges of kidnapping, felonious assault and aggravated riot.

In the early morning hours on November 20th, members of the Notre Dame College football team attended a party hosted by members of the Notre Dame baseball team.

The 19-year-old victim, who was a baseball player, was attacked by multiple members of the football team. The victim suffered multiple facial fractures.

K'len Sutton, 19, is also charged in the attack. His court date was continued.
