Violent fugitive sought for retaliation, intimidation

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that would lead to the capture of fugitive Erik Ingram.

Ingram is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for Retaliation and Intimidation. It is alleged that on November 1, 2011, Ingram fired multiple shots outside of a Barbershop on Fleet Avenue in Cleveland. Ingram fled the scene, but was identified by witnesses as the shooter. Task Force members conducted a search of Ingram's last known address and seized multiple firearms and small quantity of narcotics.

Ingram is a 19-year-old man standing approximately 5'09" and weighing 160 pound. Ingram is known to frequent the area of Spafford Place and Broadway in Cleveland. Due to Ingram's violent history, he is believed to be armed and dangerous.
