ME rules Cleveland Clinic employees death an accident

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiners Office has ruled the death of 77-year-old Marion Moseley an accident.

She died of blunt impacts to the head, body and extremities. The Parma Heights woman was killed earlier this month when she was struck by a car on Pearl Road between W. 130th and York.

Moseley was a long-time Cleveland Clinic employee. The driver of the car is cooperating with police.

So far no charges filed.
