SUMMIT COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - The teen accused in the Craigslist murder plot pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Friday morning in Summit County.
16-year-old Brogan Rafferty faces multiple charges, including four counts of murder.
Three men were killed, a fourth man was shot, but survived.
Rafferty and 52-year-old Richard Beasley are accused of luring men to a farm in Noble County through a Craigslist ad that promised work.
Before Rafferty's cases were transferred to Summit County, Noble County had already decided Rafferty would be tried as an adult.
On the two murder charges that happened after Noble County relinquished custody, Rafferty will have a probable cause hearing on April 17th at 9AM in Summit County Juvenile Court.
Beasley is facing the death penalty, if convicted. Rafferty's family say Beasley was a trusted family friend.
Rafferty's bond was set at one million dollars.
