Former Cleveland Browns quarterback and legend Bernie Kosar was cited by Norwalk Police on May 5.
According to Norwalk Police, Kosar was cited for an unsafe passing.
The citation report says Kosar was using the left turn only lane to pass another vehicle.
He was southbound on Milan Avenue when he was spotted by the Norwalk Police Officer.
Kosar admitted to the unruly pass and told the traffic officer that he was hurrying to get to Columbus, Ohio.
Kosar has already paid the fine and court costs, a total of $95.
