The Cleveland Cavaliers hosted an NBA draft party for fans at Quicken Loans Arena.
A couple thousand Cavs fans sat in the seats as if they were watching a game when the first pick was in for the Cavs...
The team nabbed Dion Waiters, a 6-foot-4 -- 215-pound shooting guard who came off the bench at Syracuse, as the 4th overall pick.
Also Thursday night, the Cavs made a trade and acquired Tyler Zeller. The center wasn't taken off the board until the 17th pick by Dallas. Cleveland gave up picks 24, 33, 34 for the big man.
The arena was packed with fans as the party kicked off at 6 p.m. The free event featured the Cavs dance team, giveaways and games.
