ELYRIA, OH (WOIO) - Elyria Police Officers pulled a car over for weaving after it veered over the centerline twice early Tuesday morning.
The driver, identified as Lorenzo Green, became very angry and started throwing things at officers from his wallet when they asked for ID.
Officers observed a juvenile female in the front passenger seat.
After checking his license, officers discovered Green was driving on a suspended license.
Green was cited for Driving Under Suspension and Failure to Drive in Marked Lanes. When officers asked if he could find a ride home, he became further agitated and verbally abusive towards officers.
He was then placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and taken to the police station where he refused a breath test.
Green is currently in the Lorain County Jail pending his initial appearance on a $2,250 cash bond.
Officers took Green's 9-year-old daughter to her step-mother's house.
