A 68-year-old cotton candy vendor needs emergency surgery, after being punched by a teenager.
It happened on Public Square Monday night, during the Cleveland Orchestra free concert.
Police say the vendor, Felix Radvilavicius, yelled at the teen, after he grabbed some cotton candy without paying.
The teen then punched the vendor, causing him to fall to the ground and hit his head.
Radvilavicius was rushed to MetroHealth Hospital, where he will have emergency surgery for a brain bleed.
Cleveland Police arrested the 15-year-old teen shortly after the incident on West 9th Street.
