LORAIN, OH (WOIO) -

A 24 year old woman accused of shooting two brothers to death early this morning turned herself in to authorities Thursday evening.

According to Lorain Police, Donna Brown surrendered around 6:00pm. She was arrested without incident and charged with murder and felonious assault. 

"Justin was a good young fella to me. He just come over and gave me a hug. He wished me a happy holiday," said Patrice Seymour.

Dale Linder Jr., 20, and Justin Linder, 22, were fatally shot at 1522 West 23rd Street around 6:30 a.m.  There were multiple residents in the home at the time of the shooting, only the two males and Brown were involved.

Police say the relationship between the brothers and Brown is complicated and didn't go into any other details.
